Rae Ann Woito
RaeAnn has been working with us for over 30 years. She is one of our longest serving staff members and enjoys seeing all of her dedicated patients and also looks forward to meeting new patients.
She loves to listen and learn from people. Her passion is for helping others, making sure they are given all the information and options to make a well-informed decision with their oral health.
Penny McLaughlin-Rabb
Meet Penny, one of our Registered Dental Assistants. She graduated from Onodago Community College in Syracuse, NY. Penny has been working with Dr. Laska & Associates for over 22 years. Her dental passion lies with periodontal therapy and helping her patients attain good oral health. She has a great understanding of the system's link between oral health and total health. Penny is compassionate and committed to her dental patients. She is always up for a good conversation but also has an open ear for her patients. She is loyal and dedicated and looks forward to seeing you.
Penny’s married to Darren. She has two daughters, Dessaray and Madison.
Allison Raglin
Allison has been working with Dr. Laska & Associates since 2002, when she started out as a high school co-op student. Allison decided to begin her dental career as a Dental Assistant, graduating from Career Canada College in 2004. She quickly took an interest in clinical dentistry and decided to further her dental education, becoming a Dental Hygienist in 2006.
Allison has a special interest in Pediatric orthodontics. She is a big advocate of early intervention with MyoBrace, and Myofunctional therapies to guide teeth into a correct occlusion to avoid costly treatment as adults.
With the experience she gained over the years in our practice, you may often see her performing reception duties, assisting the dentists, cleaning teeth, and floating throughout the office.
